Born and raised in the Fresno area, Marcia has built a career in financial services, holding administrative positions with various financial organizations and developing extensive experience in client service and operations.
Marcia is married and resides in Clovis with her husband. They attend Trinity Community Church and enjoy being active in their community. She is the proud mother of two adult children and grandmother to two grandchildren, who keep her busy attending water polo and volleyball games, dance recitals, and a variety of school activities.
